Manufacturing sites are designed and equipped to produce solid pharmaceutical dosage forms:

In the production processes, there are three main technical approaches which ensure the process of a large number of active substances:

• Continuous wet granulation process, the ConsiGMA concept – modern technical solution;
• Dry granulation, compaction;
• Direct compression.

All processes are conducted on highly sophisticated and automated equipment made by reputable pharmaceutical equipment producers.

Requested class of space cleanliness (class ISO 8 and class D 100,000) is ensured by the highly refined HVAC system. Condition control in production and management of the HVAC system is done by the usage of BMS which allows readings of all relevant spatial and process parameters.

Purified water is produced in two steps by the system of reverse osmosis and electro deionization. A distribution loop takes purified water from the storage tanks to all use points.

Medicine packaging is done in the conditions defined by GMP guidelines which include automatized machines in which medicines are packed into contact packaging. Installed equipment ensures that medicines are packed into different packaging materials all in accordance with the latest world trends. During packaging into secondary carton package, the automated identification of printed package is performed.

Production capacities on the annual level in the scope of one shift work are as follows:
